IF NOT, you MUST go to the link and fill out the appropriate form completely PRIOR to your appointment. Progressive Law Reserves the right to cancel appointments on the basis that a prospective client has failed to completely fill out an intake form, including failing to list an address.

This intake meeting is short and should be used effectively to explain your issue or issues. If more time is needed, the attorney may schedule another meeting depending on the circumstances. You should be ready to explain the issue clearly. If it helps, write down the facts and any questions you may have. If you would like to provide written questions prior to the meeting, please do so electronically and the attorney will review the questions prior to the meeting if possible.

There is one free consultation. This includes all types of meeting formats. After the initial consultation, it is expected that an agreement for representation. Any further discussions regarding the issue taking place without a written attorney client agreement will be billed hourly at the attorneys respective rates ranging from $250.00-$300.00. A "No-Show" counts as the free consultation, however, rescheduling in a timely manner does not.
